Phoenix is an independent private equity investor focused on one thing – working in partnership with ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams to help them grow their businesses. We invest in profitable businesses valued up to £200m.

Phoenix was founded in 2001 by a group of like-minded partners. In the years since, we’ve successfully grown and gained a wealth of experience in supporting high growth businesses. We’re still owned and run by our partners. We make our own plans and decisions. We do what we say we’ll do.
